■Hot hose/heating hose
・A hose that retains the temperature of water, oil, air, and solutions, prevents temperature rise, coagulation, and freezing, or prevents the viscosity increase of mucus, resin, and fats, and transfers them at a constant temperature.
・A major advantage of our hoses is that they free customers from heater tracing, insulation work design, and the associated labor and costs.
■Hot tube
・Basically, this is a heating tube with a heat-resistant temperature of MAX 400℃ that is specialized for keeping and heating the transferred fluid, just like a hot hose.
・Both ends have a tube extension shape, so a separate tube for fluid transfer can be inserted and used, making it a product that can be attached and detached and replaced as desired.

・Heat-resistant temperature: Supports up to MAX400℃
・Since the heating wire is evenly wrapped around the heating layer, there is almost no variation in the temperature distribution on the inner wall, allowing for heat retention and heating.
・The material of the hose will be selected according to the customer's usage situation and conditions.
・It has a flexible structure by selecting Teflon tube or SUS flexible tube as the core tube material.
・We can design materials that match the application and a wide range of diameters, so we can propose specifications that fit your various needs.
・The materials used are mainly designed to be flame retardant and noncombustible materials depending on the conditions. In addition, the structure has been designed with consideration given to the surface temperature of the product by selecting heat-retaining materials with high heat insulation efficiency.
