About This Product

■Characteristics/Applications・Bando's unique conductor treatment suppresses the generation of whiskers.
- Obtained several types of UL standards.
・Flame retardancy complies with UL: VW-1 and Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act F mark.
・Internal wiring for consumer equipment such as audio and video, OA equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers, and other electronic and electrical equipment such as DVDs, game consoles, and PCs.

■Precautions when handling the product- Wear vinyl gloves when handling FFC and avoid touching it with bare hands. (Sweat, saliva, sebum, etc. may affect the quality.)
- Avoid applying excessive external force such as prying or turning when inserting or removing the connector.
・Be sure to grasp the reinforcing plate of the bank card with your fingers and insert/remove it in as straight a direction as possible.
- Please design the area around the reinforcing plate so that extreme loads are not applied as much as possible. Never bend on the reinforcing plate.
・Avoid unreasonable contact with other objects. Avoid condensation.
・For continuous use in high temperature and high humidity environments, please conduct a mounting evaluation at the time of adoption.
- If you accidentally drop the bank card on the floor when inserting the connector, thoroughly clean the exposed conductor before inserting it.
- Avoid using solvents as it may affect the product (load on the FFC itself and secondary processing).
・For products with ground processing, please ensure that no load is applied to the following areas.
・When assembling the casing or using jigs, please consult with our sales representative.

■Storage precautions・Do not place it in a place exposed to direct sunlight.
・Do not place it in a dusty place.
・Do not place near corrosive gases or organic solvents.
- Store indoors at a temperature of 40℃ or less, relative humidity of 80%RH or less, and no condensation.
・The desiccant material included in our shipment has the property of hardening when it absorbs moisture. Please note that the moisture absorption ability will decrease when it is solidified.
