■Ultra-compact and lightweight, contributing to measurement
A small logger of 22 x 33 mm and 15 g. Since the acceleration logger itself is lightweight, it is possible to perform measurements that are less likely to affect the measured values. There is a through hole in the main body case, so it can be fixed with a jig.
■Arbitrary selection of acceleration range
The logger is equipped with two sensors: a low G sensor (±2G, ±4G, ±8G, ±16G) and a high G sensor (±100G, ±200G, ±400G), which can be switched arbitrarily on the application software. It is possible. By being able to set a wide range with a single device, it supports measurements tailored to your needs, from vibration tests to impact tests.
■Optional selection of sampling
You can select the sampling interval according to your application from a maximum of 1,600Hz to 0.1Hz.
■Large capacity memory
Equipped with 1 million points of memory. Approximately 160 minutes of continuous measurement is possible at 100Hz. Since it is a 1-point measurement record for X, Y, and Z, it covers not only impact tests but also long-term vibration measurements.
■Battery is rechargeable
The built-in battery is a rechargeable lithium polymer battery. It is charged using a dedicated charger, so there is basically no need to replace the battery.
■CSV data output
Output measurement data in csv. Necessary data such as time, initial setting values, frames, etc. are recorded, and the design is easy to handle.
■Measurement mode according to the measurement situation
In the scheduled measurement mode using a time trigger, the AccStick6 can operate on batteries and perform measurements on its own. In addition, real-time measurement via wired connection and trigger mode measurement in which the threshold acceleration can be set arbitrarily are also possible. It is also possible to use trigger mode and scheduled measurement mode together, allowing you to flexibly respond to measurements depending on the situation, such as when you want to measure only during peak hours, or when you want to install it on an object and measure with a time trigger.
