About This Product

◼︎Features This is a direct-acting metering pump that directly converts the rotational motion of a stepping motor into the linear motion of a plunger. Capacity and speed can be freely varied by applying pulses to the motor, making control easy and accurate. The combination of a highly wear-resistant Teflon seal for HPLC and a ceramic plunger provides excellent durability. ◼︎Main uses Blood analyzers, urine analyzers, fecal occult blood analyzers, gene analyzers, test drug production lines, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, microplate readers, cell-related equipment, food-related equipment, environmental analyzers, plating solution analyzers, etc. A metering pump designed for high-precision and high-resolution dispensing using a direct-acting plunger system. In addition to highly accurate micrometering, it can be widely used for dispensing reagents and serum, and for transferring microvolumes of acid and alkaline solutions. ◼︎Motor (25mm square) ・Unipolar stepping motor (hyperbola drive possible) ・DC3.7V, 0.75A/phase, 4.9Ω, 2.4mH/phase ・Maximum normal speed when driving with constant current: approximately 2,000PPS
