About This Product

This system brings an atomized curing catalyst (accelerator) into contact with the urethane paint at the same time as it is applied, significantly accelerating the curing reaction. G-CAT (abbreviation for GENGEN CATALYZER SYSTEM) dramatically shortens drying time, increases work efficiency, and enables small-lot, high-mix, and short delivery times.

■System configuration

・G-CAT paint that cures through the reaction between the main ingredient (polyol) and curing agent (isocyanate) ・Curing catalyst Accel ・Special coating equipment that atomizes the paint and curing catalyst and paints while bringing them into contact.

■Reduced curing and drying time

・Small lots and short delivery times possible ・Reduced drying space ・Reduction of dust adhesion on painted surfaces

■Drying properties at low temperatures

・Avoid warping and twisting of the base material due to drying oven temperature ・Energy saving by improving dryness in cold regions and cold seasons

■Low-cost equipment

・Existing line can be used as is ・Relatively inexpensive painting machine

■Curing catalyst for G-CAT
