About This Product

■Summary

Line air conditioning for installation within rows of enclosures (racks). Warm air is drawn in from the back of the unit, cooled, and blown out into the cold aisle at the front.

■Advantages

・Maximum energy efficiency thanks to EC fan technology and IT-oriented control technology - Low pressure loss on the air side, which minimizes fan energy consumption ・Demonstrates the best adaptability through dynamic continuous control of chilled water flow rate. ・Since the water supply temperature is set high, the proportion of indirect natural cooling increases, thereby reducing operating costs. - Cooling capacity based on needs with modular fan unit (fans can be replaced even during operation, no tools required) -Fan modules can be configured in n+1 redundant configuration - Standard 3-phase connector for electrical redundancy ・Equipped with a redundant temperature sensor on the air side as standard ・Since the cooling system and enclosure are separated, there is no possibility of water entering the server enclosure. ・Supports all cooling capacities with floor space (installation area) of up to 0.36 m^2 ・When using LCP CW glycol type, the return water temperature will be higher, improving the heat recovery rate. For example, when used in conjunction with a heat pump. ・Good accessibility from front and rear makes maintenance and after-sales service easier.

■Function method

Warm air from the room or hot aisle is drawn in through the back of the device, cooled, and blown into the cold aisle through the front. With this product, there is no need for double flooring.

■Options

・16 additional CMC III sensors can be directly connected - 2,200 mm height rack, additional impact surface separator including humidity sensor

■Monitoring

Monitoring of system-related parameters such as server intake and exhaust temperatures, water supply and return water temperatures, once-through water, cooling output, fan speed and leaks Direct connection of devices via SNMP over Ethernet (two Ethernet interfaces simplify cascading of up to 16 LCPs) ・Integration into RiZone OT Suite (enables extended measurement and management functions, value transfer and visualization)
