About This Product

■Summary

A hygienically designed cabinet for use with printers or other PC components on the manufacturing floor. This product is intended for industrial/IT project use.

■Advantages

- Can be combined with HD operation housing to create a complete PC enclosure for hygienic and safe printer installation at manufacturing sites. - Pull-out and height-adjustable unit table allows quick access to the printer, e.g. when changing labels.

■Material

・Enclosure and door: Stainless steel, 1.4301 (AISI 304) ・HD lock insert: Stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L) ・Packing: Silicone, compliant with FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) Guideline 21 CFR 177.2600 ・Unit table: Steel plate, painted

■Surface

・Housing and door: hairline finish, grain size #400, surface roughness < 0.8 µm ・Packing: Colored blue (RAL 5010)

■Included items

・Enclosure, closed type ・Door (with insert gasket) ・Door hinge position can be changed to the right or left side ・Unit table

■Options

・No side rails ・No unit table ・With mounting plate ・HD base frame (with level adjuster)
