Regarding this product, the area of soba cultivation has been rapidly expanding in recent years, and the consumption of soba has also increased due to the health boom. If there is a lot of debris near the cutting, many problems will occur, such as clogging the dryer and poor sorting.
However, machines that specifically remove dirt mixed in during harvesting are not currently available on the market. Therefore, in response to requests from farmers, we released this rough soba separator in 2002. Various types of garbage can be mixed in, such as stems, insects, pebbles, leaves, and weeds, but this product can remove all of them.
