This product was developed in response to many requests from customers who were using a conventional soybean rough separator (HDS-40SH) and asked for a high-capacity rough separator. If foreign matter gets mixed in during soybean drying, it can cause problems with sorting by the sorting machine, clog the dryer, and damage the cleaner, causing work to be interrupted and efficiency not improving, and the situation is such that foreign matter must be removed manually during the drying process. . We are currently working with individuals, facilities, soybean centers, etc. in various fields.
■Product features
・Uses 2 rotating sieves with 2 hole diameters, and removes stems and pods with a blower mechanism.
・Second sorting is performed using an inclined conveyor.
-Both the main unit and 7-inch elevator are equipped with casters, making it easy to store them after work is completed.
・Rough sorting is possible for both soybeans before drying and soybeans after drying.
・The sorting conveyor can discharge in 3 directions.
