In this development, the soybean cultivation area is increasing as the soybean penetration rate increases, mechanization is progressing, and soybean-related products are becoming quite popular. The reality is that it has not been done.
However, if foreign matter gets mixed in, it can cause poor sorting in the sorter, blockage in the dryer, and damage to the cleaner, causing interruptions in work and reducing efficiency. This is the situation in progress. Therefore, we started developing a low-cost, high-performance soybean coarse sorter, which is currently being used by individuals, facilities, soybean centers, etc. in various fields.
■Product features
・Removes stems and pods using a rotating sieve with two hole diameters and a blower blower mechanism (removal rate of 80-90%)
・Second sorting is performed using an inclined conveyor.
-Both the main unit and elevator are equipped with casters, making it easy to store them after work is completed.
・Rough sorting is possible for both soybeans before drying and soybeans after drying. (However, the sorting net needs to be replaced.)
・The sorting conveyor can discharge in 3 directions.
