■I want to weigh flexible containers and individual bags.
In recent years, the way rice is distributed has changed, and more and more flexible containers are being used on the receiving side, leading to a shift from shipping in 30kg paper bags to shipping in flexible containers. However, that doesn't mean everything will change to flexible containers. For example, I would like to weigh flexible containers or individual bags so that I can ship them to agricultural cooperatives in flexible containers or ship them to others in 30kg paper bags. We developed and released the flexible container scale in 1999 in response to requests for a flexible container scale that could weigh both flexible containers and 30kg paper bags at an inexpensive price.
■Product features
・The measurement method uses a unique digital load cell, and when measuring flexible containers, cumulative weighing is performed, and the accuracy is ±20g.
・The measuring speed when measuring flexible containers is 13 to 15 minutes even in cumulative weighing.
-Accuracy is ±20g even when weighing a 30kg paper bag.
・The weighing speed when weighing a 30kg paper bag is approximately 25 seconds per bag.
・Continuous work is possible without stopping the huller.
- Barley, wheat, beer barley, brown rice, and white rice can also be measured, and sample rice can also be extracted.
-The top of the tank is covered to prevent foreign matter from getting into the grain.
・The discharge shutter is operated by an air cylinder, so it is smooth and does not malfunction.
