Improvements in the performance of harvesting machines (combines, etc.) have greatly improved work efficiency, but the drying equipment after grain harvesting seems to be the most time-consuming part. I'm sure all farmers have thought about things like ``harvesting is temporarily suspended because the paddy is full'' or ``I want to temporarily store it in cold storage'' after drying.
However, if you are worried that even if you ask an ironworks to make it for you, the delivery time will be long and the price will be high, please consider our inexpensive prefabricated rice spool. Our rice pool can be temporarily stored cold before grain is hulled, which prevents deterioration in grain quality. In addition, since the grain naturally falls, there is no need for a grain conveyor, making hulling work easy. The standard specification is 27 stones, but by using an additional frame it is possible to store up to 47 stones, increasing work efficiency. (Standard 15 stones for HSK-15, up to 39 stones with additional frame)
■Layout changes and storage can be done by one person
Three leg lengths are available (standard, S, M, and L), so you can choose the type that best suits your workplace or hulling machine. When our storage tanks are empty, they can be easily moved by attaching moving casters (sold separately), allowing one person to change the layout and store them. Farmers, please use our "Rice Pool".
