About This Product

This is an epoch-making product that makes it possible to efficiently transport immature rice (waste rice) from rice sorting machines to flexible container bags. In addition to immature rice, it is also possible to transport small, medium, and large soybeans and sesame seeds that have been processed using a soybean rough sorter. It can be used in a variety of ways to meet customer needs. Additionally, since it is transported using a flexible hose that moves freely, it can be used even in intricate locations and complex workplaces, unlike traditional helical spring transport. The transport capacity is 300 to 350 kg/hour, and operation is as simple as flipping a switch. It requires no effort and leads to significant labor savings.

■Product features

・Simply turn on the switch and it will automatically repeat suction and stop (5 seconds of suction and 5 seconds of stop at shipping), so there is no need for effort. ・Because it is transported by suction using a duct hose without using screws or springs, it can be installed in any location and can be used in complex work environments. ・In addition to rice, grains such as soybeans, red beans, and sesame can also be transported.
