■Are you having trouble setting up stakes in a small work space?
Improvements in the performance of harvesting machines (combines, etc.) have made reaping operations much more efficient, but when it comes to drying facilities (country elevators, rice centers, private facilities), a variety of equipment and facilities are required. You can see many parts that require a lot of effort. One of our suggestions is this grain container. We have already delivered more than 70,000 units to communal drying facilities across the country, and we are very pleased with the results.
■Prevents heat generation and quality deterioration of grains such as paddy.
Now let me explain in detail. As the name suggests, this grain container is used for transporting rice, wheat, soybeans, buckwheat, etc. from the field, collecting grain at a facility, temporarily storing it until it is staked, or storing it for a long time. By using the optional exhaust fan, it is possible to prevent heat generation in grains such as paddy, prevent quality deterioration, and also allow for some degree of drying if a strict moisture content is not required.
■When stored, it becomes smaller to about 1/2 of the total height and stacked as is.
Although it is necessary to use a forklift of 2 tons or more to stake out the pit, work efficiency can be improved as it can be ejected with one touch while the fork is still inserted. The filling capacity is 1.6m3 (1,000kg of raw koji). With harvestability in mind, they are stackable, and the panels can be folded without tools, so when stored, they reduce to about 1/2 of the total height and can be stacked as is. There is also an exhaust fan that I introduced. There are two types of power supplies: single-phase 100V and three-phase 200V. Furthermore, there are two types of power distribution cables (single-phase and three-phase) that can supply power to five devices at once.
■Product features
・With the action of the arc damper, grains can be removed from below with a single touch. Of course, it can be tightened as you like, and there is no chance of the grains clumping or leaking.
- Since it is a cut door type, the loading height is low and work is easy.
-Equipped with an anti-slip device, so you can use it even if the road surface is bad.
- Since it is equipped with an umbrella plate, you can load the hopper without removing the fork of the lift.
-Ventilation can be achieved by installing an exhaust fan when necessary.
