■Highly efficient conveyor that does not damage grains
Currently, when it comes to transporting grain, "throwers" that transport grain using wind pressure, and "screw conveyors" that transport grain using the rotational force of a screw are often used. However, in recent years, due to the diversification of agricultural crops, several types of crops have been planted, and there are concerns about contamination (mixing of foreign substances) from passing them through the same machine. Therefore, there was a need for a high-efficiency conveyor that would leave zero grain residue and would not damage the grain, and the ``Alcon Connect'' was developed.
This product has a lightweight and compact design that takes into consideration the shortcomings and installation space of conventional belt conveyors, which are heavy and difficult to install. It uses an aluminum frame and has a lightweight and compact design, making it easy to install. Long distance transport from 1.8m to 10.8m is possible with one motor. It is also possible to reverse up to 3.6m. Not only can it be loaded into and discharged from the dryer, but it can also be linked with related machinery.
