About This Product

This is a high-performance, inexpensive grain conveyor with a maximum grain conveyance capacity of 10 tons/hour for M-10 and 15 tons/hour for M-15 (dried paddy).

■Clean work without damaging grains

This grain conveyor was created in response to requests from many customers for a machine with high conveyance capacity at a low price. Thanks to the spline set lock mechanism, it is now used by many customers due to its transport distance of up to 8m (when 4 motors are connected) and the maximum capacity of 10 to 15 tons (dried paddy) using one motor (three-phase 200V 0.75kw). We are. *Up to 3 M-15s can be connected. In addition, since we use a screw conveyor, it does not damage the grain and can be used for long periods of time in a clean and dust-free environment. Furthermore, it is ideal for loading and discharging multiple dryers such as mini rice centers. *Please use M-15 and fir top stand (M-15S) when putting it in the dryer.

■Product features

- Stable transport of 10 to 15 tons per hour is possible. ・With the spline set lock mechanism, one motor (three-phase 200V 0.75kw) can transport up to 8m (when 4 motors are connected) and has a capacity of 8 to 10 tons per hour (dried paddy). *Up to 3 M-15s can be connected. -Each unit has a particle disposal port for easy cleaning. - Conveyance distance can be changed by combining units. ・By using the attachment, intermediate intake and intermediate discharge are possible.
