Our awn removal machine uses a special spindle. This prevents dehulled rice (peeled seed rice) that causes seedling diseases and mold, and cleanly removes awns and twig stalks that obstruct high-precision seeding without damaging the seed rice. It is possible.
In addition, continuous work is possible, and with a sorting machine, one pass is OK. It is designed to be automatic, easy, and completely eliminates troublesome work. Furthermore, we have a lineup of two types to suit the needs of users: a medium-sized type for communal use, and a large-sized type for use in seedling centers.
