About This Product

■Ultra-high-pressure discharge realizes dressing of the machined surface. Increase production efficiency with a method that overturns conventional concepts (HPR dressing)

Significantly reduces the number of diamond dressings of the grindstone during polishing, improving productivity and reducing costs. With HPR dressing, diamond dressing, which used to be performed every 140 pieces, is no longer necessary until more than 2,000 pieces have been processed. (Compared to our company)

■Grinding improvement test using ultra-high pressure coolant (centerless grinder)

・Conventional grinding method Diamond dress average every 140 pieces ・Whetstone cleaning pressure 14MPa ・HPR grinding method: If HPR dressing is performed on average every 20 pieces, diamond dressing can be extended to approximately 2,000 pieces.

■Test conditions

・Work material: SUS304 φ22×100L ・Machining allowance: 0.05mm ・Whetstone rotation speed: 1,400rpm (1760m/min) ・Nozzle feed speed: 533mm/min (nozzle diameter φ0.3) ・Measurement method: Continuous grinding of 20 pieces based on Ra0.3. Measure and judge the roughness of the 20th piece.

・Model: C/GC 80I7V81R (7) 455 × 205 × 228.6 ・Model: C/GC ・・・ Abrasive grains mainly made of silicon carbide ・Particle size: 80...The average size of the abrasive grains is 177μm ・Hardness: I... "I" is a softer setting ・Organization: 7 ... 50% of the volume is abrasive grains ・Binding material: V81R... Porcelain vitrified bond ・Peripheral speed: 2,000m/min specification
