About This Product

Sunray surplus gas combustion equipment safely incinerates surplus gas from various gas generation plants and renders it completely harmless. Our products are used by a wide range of customers, including sewage/human waste treatment and biogas treatment.

■Structure overview

This device is used to burn and release generated digestive gas in sewage treatment plants and human waste treatment plants when there is a surplus. It consists of a gas combustion furnace main body, automatic equipment, gas safety equipment, etc., and has a storage capacity of a gas tank. The system is designed to operate when the amount of gas exceeds a specified value, safely burn the excess gas, and release it into the atmosphere.

Since this equipment handles explosive gases, we paid careful attention to strength and safety, and ensured complete incineration with minimal residence time. The hemming process is short-term, easy to maintain and inspect, and is an easy-to-handle device that does not require human labor and operates automatically with various safety devices.
