Sunray ethylene oxide combustion abatement equipment is a device that efficiently processes EOG (ethylene oxide gas) by combining combustion and catalytic oxidation. After adjusting the concentration, EOG is directly burned in a burner. In addition, the oxidation reaction temperature of the catalyst is controlled using a combination of auxiliary fuel and water spray.
