Sunray ammonia combustion abatement equipment is a device that burns and abates exhaust gas containing ammonia emitted from semiconductor manufacturing equipment, research facilities, etc. Based on combustion technology cultivated over many years, we achieve low NOx combustion and decompose ammonia. It can also be applied to processing nitrogen-containing solvents.
