About This Product

Sunray ammonia combustion abatement equipment is a device that burns and abates exhaust gas containing ammonia emitted from semiconductor manufacturing equipment, research facilities, etc. Based on combustion technology cultivated over many years, we achieve low NOx combustion and decompose ammonia. It can also be applied to processing nitrogen-containing solvents.

■Complete decomposition with low NOx combustion and high efficiency

Environmentally friendly with low NOx combustion, the combustion furnace oxidizes and reductively decomposes ammonia at high temperatures and with sufficient residence time.

■Small to large capacity processing possible

Since it is made to order, we will respond to customer requests. It also supports large-capacity processing such as concentrated exhaust gas processing.

■Cost

Utilities are simplified and equipment is inexpensive and economical. It uses a direct combustion treatment method, which completes combustion and then performs dry treatment, eliminating the need for extra equipment. In addition, since all equipment is automatically controlled, maintenance is easy and labor costs can be saved.
