About This Product

The GDB type gas burner is a rectangular duct insertion type burner that enables stable combustion with a short flame even at low oxygen concentrations. This burner is ideal for reheating cogeneration boilers.

■Product description

A cogeneration gas burner is a duct burner used when the demand for steam exceeds its available heat capacity. A cogeneration gas burner is installed in the exhaust path of a gas turbine and aims to increase steam generation capacity by completely combusting the reheating gas using residual oxygen in the turbine exhaust gas (TEG) and heating the exhaust gas. This improves boiler efficiency and dramatically increases the overall efficiency of the entire system. Additionally, if steam is required when the gas turbine is stopped, it can also be used for combustion with fresh air. The Sunray GDB type cogeneration gas burner is composed of a combination of small burner units in order to equalize humidity. The design allows for flexible adjustment of dimensions, combustion amount, etc. according to system specifications, and a turndown ratio of 1:10 is possible, making it possible to operate the burner without turning it on and off. You can. Maximum combustion capacity is 581kW per unit. It is an economical energy-saving system for waste heat recovery because it can be installed compactly in a duct and can be combusted with a low turbine exhaust gas pressure difference (0.2kPa).
