About This Product

The HKGL type burner is a mixed combustion burner of hydrogen and LNG or LPG. This is a burner that can be switched between 0 and 100% hydrogen co-firing ratio without replacing parts in order to respond to decarbonization in stages.

■Supply method

We have established systems nationwide that can be used with confidence, including liquefied hydrogen, compressed hydrogen gas, and on-site supply equipment.

■Mechanism of combustion

By supplying hydrogen, LNG (LPG), and air individually to the nozzle, there is no need to worry about backfire. Optimal nozzle mix leads to stable combustion.

■Reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions

If a gas burner that uses city gas (40,000 m3/year) is used with 30% hydrogen mixed combustion, carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions will be reduced by 27 tons per year.

■Low NOx combustion

NOx can be controlled by minimizing the increase in flame temperature due to hydrogen combustion. ・With a hydrogen co-combustion rate in the range of 0 to 70%, NOx emissions are within the legal regulation range (Air Pollution Control Act standards) ・With a hydrogen co-combustion rate in the range of 0 to 30%, NOx reduction equivalent to that of city gas

■Features

・Hydrogen co-firing ratio can be changed in stages from 0 to 100%. - Mixed combustion ratio can be changed without replacing parts. - "CO2 reduction" can be used with the lowest cost balance. ・High safety. ・Low NOx combustion.

■Mixed combustion burner with hydrogen and other fuel gases

Mixed combustion burner of hydrogen and LNG or LPG

■Contribute to decarbonization in stages

It is possible to change the hydrogen co-firing ratio in the range of 0 to 100% without replacing parts, and contributes to decarbonization by increasing the hydrogen co-firing ratio in stages.

■Stable combustion performance

Pre-mixed combustion in which fuel and air are mixed at the tip of the burner is safe and there is no risk of backfire.

■Low NOx combustion

NOx is suppressed by minimizing the rise in flame temperature due to hydrogen combustion.

■Low air ratio (low O2) combustion saves energy

It has excellent gas and air mixing characteristics and contributes to energy savings through stable low air ratio (low O2) combustion.

■Applications

Boilers, hot and cold water machines, industrial furnaces, firing furnaces, drying furnaces, sintering furnaces, hardening furnaces, preheating furnaces, heating furnaces, melting and holding furnaces
