About This Product
The CLG type burner is a burner that has a gas nozzle and a hydraulic spray device built into a conical flame-holding plate, and is a burner that can co-fire gas and oil or switch between them.
■Product description
This is a gas/oil switchable burner that incorporates a hydraulic spray oil burner into our best-selling LG type gas burner. There is a flame holding plate with an applicable slope on the outer periphery of the ring-shaped gas nozzle, an oil burner cone is inscribed in the gas nozzle, and an oil spray nozzle equipped with a diffuser (oil flame holding plate) is placed in the center. It has a structure that blows out combustion air from the burner cone and flame holding plate on the outer periphery, resulting in extremely stable combustion of both gas and oil. There are two types: a built-in blower type and a separate blower type that corresponds to blast furnace pressure.
■Reliable ignition
Gas-fired and oil-fired types each have separate ignition burners and are installed in appropriate positions, ensuring ignition.
■Combustion stability
The oil-fired type is based on the FG type, which has a proven track record over many years, and the gas-fired type is based on the LG type, which boasts stable combustion, and can stably burn all types of fuel.
■Low O2 combustion
Gas-fired or oil-fired, each has a suitable flame holding plate and burner head, and has excellent mixing of fuel and air, and low O2 (energy saving) combustion.
■Convenience of fuel control
The oil-fired unit has a structure that allows it to be adjusted by moving it back and forth relative to the burner body casing, making it easy to fine-tune combustion matching.
■Compatible with blast furnace pressure
There are three models: CLGL and CLGH with integrated blower, and CLGS with separate blower, which can be selected according to the furnace pressure.
