The CRBS type burner is a gas/oil switching combustion burner that is based on the RBS type rotary burner, which has a long track record, and is combined with a gas ring burner.
■Product description
This is a forced draft combustion mixed combustion burner based on the RBS type rotary oil burner, which our company has a long track record of. A gas port is placed around the outer periphery of the rotary burner's atomizing cup, and the gas combustion mechanism is compactly incorporated while maintaining the rotary burner's combustion performance. Combustion air is ejected from the inner and outer peripheries of the gas port to envelop the fuel gas, and combined with the entrainment effect of the baffle plate, this is an external mixed gas combustion burner with excellent mixing and flame stability.
■Rotary burner method
This is a mixed combustion burner based on a rotary burner, which has a large turndown ratio and is suitable for burning heavy oil.
■A wide range of applicable fuels
All combustible fuels can be burned, including liquid fuels ranging from kerosene to heavy liquid fuels, natural gas, manufactured gas, LPG, digestion gas, and plant-generated gas.
■High load combustion
The high-speed rotary burner atomizes the liquid fuel and provides excellent air-fuel mixing characteristics, allowing the combustion chamber to be made smaller.
■Low O2 combustion
By atomizing the liquid fuel and properly supplying combustion air, it burns with low O2 (energy saving).
■Easy to handle
The burner body has a hinge structure that allows it to be opened and closed, making maintenance and inspection of the burner opening easy, as well as operation and fuel switching.
