About This Product

The GND type low NOx gas/oil combination burner is a newly developed low pollution (low NOx) and energy saving (fuel saving due to low O2 combustion) that utilizes the combustion technology that we have accumulated over many years and incorporates a novel mechanism. This product is a burner that matches the age of diversified energy sources.

■Combustion mechanism

The GND type gas/oil combination burner incorporates the NOx reduction method of our best-selling low NOx burners, such as the GNC type gas burner and ONR type oil burner, and mainly uses exhaust gas self-circulation and reduction technologies such as thin film combustion and rich flame combustion. is combined. Its combustion mechanism uses the ejection energy of secondary air to suck in the combustion gas in the furnace, mix it with the secondary air, and combust it. is suppressed, lowering peak humidity and significantly reducing NOx production. The gas-fired type uses an external mixing method, and the oil-fired type uses a hydraulic spray method.The unique nozzle shape and arrangement allow for excellent mixing of fuel and air, resulting in low O2 combustion.

■Low pollution due to co-firing

A low NOx burner that can switch between gas and oil. Switchable combustion between city gas (manufactured gas, natural gas), LPG, kerosene, and A heavy oil is possible.

■Flammability

To reduce NOx, we use an exhaust gas recirculation method that causes fewer combustion problems, making it easy to match with boilers.

■Energy saving

This is an energy-saving combustion burner that uses a unique multi-nozzle arrangement for both gas-fired and oil-fired combustion to achieve low O2 emissions.

■Safety

The gas-fired burner uses an external mixing method, so there is no need to worry about backfire, and the burner is fully equipped with automatic safety monitoring.

■Applicability

Since it uses an exhaust gas self-recirculation system, there is no need to change the boiler itself, and it can be easily applied to existing boilers.

■Economy

Low O2 combustion saves fuel costs. In addition, it is possible to switch between burning gas and oil at any time, taking into consideration pollution countermeasures and fuel supply conditions.
