About This Product

The OFS type oil burner uses an air pressure spray (or steam spray) method and is designed to be unaffected by radiant heat inside the furnace. It features a wide lineup ranging from 200 to 15,000kw and stable combustion with little air (steam).

■Suitable for high temperature furnaces

・The diameter of the fire pit is small and can be cooled with a small amount of air. ・The nozzle part is cooled by constantly flowing spray medium.

■Compatible with preheated air

・There is no movable air register etc. inside the wind box, so it can be used with high temperature preheated air.

■ Small amount of spray medium

・In the case of air...5 to 10% of the maximum combustion amount (weight ratio). ・In the case of steam...5 to 10% of the maximum combustion amount (weight ratio).

■Flame shape can be selected

- By attaching burner tips with different spray angles, a wide range of flame shapes can be selected from wide-angle short flames to narrow-angle long flames.

■Wide range of lineup

・A wide range of series from small capacity to large capacity (200 to 15,000kW)

■Compatible with waste oil and liquid

・Can also be used as a waste oil-fired burner or waste liquid atomizer. - Corrosive waste oil and liquid can be handled by changing the oil gun material. (Kinematic viscosity 2.0×10^5m2/s or less)

■Atomization mechanism

By introducing the atomizing medium and fuel into a Y-jet type, they are completely atomized inside the nozzle hole (intermediate mixing chamber), uniformly atomized, and ejected from the nozzle tip.

■Flame holding mechanism

The air flowing into the swirling blades of the swirler forms a swirling flow, mixes with the atomized atomized fuel, and promotes the fuel. Creates a vortex in the combustion zone, resulting in a stable flame.

■Flame formation mechanism

A straight stream of air is ejected from the gap between the throat ring and swirler to shape the flame.

Boilers, incinerators (incinerators), hot air generators, deodorizing equipment, exhaust gas treatment equipment, industrial furnaces
