About This Product

With our best-selling RBS type rotary burner, we have made innovative improvements to the oiling system to meet customer requests for more stable combustion, longer life, and easier maintenance. Sunray RBS-A type rotary oil burner is an oil burner of our original design that atomizes fuel using centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation and atomized air from the air nozzle, achieving compact combustion with a low air ratio. Ideal as a burner for not only kerosene and heavy oil, but also waste oil and biofuel.

■Large turndown ratio

Due to the atomization of fuel oil due to high speed rotation and flame holding by the baffle plate method, it has excellent combustion stability and has a large turndown ratio (throttling ratio), making it possible to turn on and off even with the recent needs of large load fluctuations. I can drive without any problems.

■High viscosity oil combustion

Because of the high-speed rotation, the influence of viscosity is small, and stable atomization is always achieved, ensuring stable and complete combustion, so stability is guaranteed even for high-viscosity oils, and automation is possible.

■Low O2 combustion

Due in part to the high wind pressure of the primary air that accompanies high-speed rotation, it is excellent at atomizing fuel oil.Furthermore, due to the use of a unique combustion mechanism such as the adoption of a baffle plate system, the mixing of fuel and air is good, resulting in low excess air combustion. Can be done.

■High load combustion

Compared to conventional burners, the particle size of the sprayed oil is small, so combustion is completed quickly, resulting in complete combustion in a small combustion chamber.

■Energy saving

It has good combustion efficiency, such as low O2 combustion, requires less heater heating even with high viscosity oil because it is atomized by centrifugal force, and can use waste oil and other high viscosity materials and low calorific value materials as fuel. Energy saving or effective use of energy resources can be achieved.

■Compact

The burner and equipment layout has been made more compact and simplified by making the primary air fan smaller due to its high-speed rotation, and eliminating the air-fuel mechanical link by adopting a non-link system (optional).

■Maintenance free

It has a structure that greatly extends the lifespan of bearings and belts, and eliminates the conventional lubrication pipe, reducing the hassle of maintenance management.
