The GX type gas burner is a small gas burner created by our company that has a simple structure, low O2, low differential pressure, saves energy, complies with various safety standards, and thoroughly pursues a low price.
■Product description
Although the GX type small gas burner has a simple structure, it is capable of high-fire furnace load combustion. The gas piping unit has also been significantly shortened by adopting a new type of composite bubble. By using this burner, it has become possible to design compact, space-saving, and low-cost thermal equipment, and innovative gas-fired boilers are being created one after another.
■Combustion mechanism
Depending on the amount of combustion, there are two types of ignition methods: direct ignition using an electric arc and pilot burner method. The fuel gas is delivered at a slower rate than the main gas pipe and flows along the front of the burner head. Combustion air is supplied by a blower, rectified, enters the combustion cylinder from the rear of the fuel cylinder, and is supplied to the fuel gas through the purge hole of the burner head and the outer periphery of the burner head. The combustion air is ejected to surround the fuel gas, so no matter the amount of gas and air, a perfect flammable mixture can always be created, resulting in complete combustion in a short period of time. Additionally, in order to stabilize combustion, a burner head with a large flame-holding area is installed near the gas outlet. Combustion is monitored using a flame rod, which is designed to ensure that both the pilot flame and the main flame can be detected.

Complete combustion can be achieved in a small combustion chamber, making it possible to downsize the equipment itself (space-saving design).
