■Combustion mechanism
The LGS type gas burner uses a pre-mixing type. Therefore, since the gas and air are guided through separate pipes to the burner flame hole, there is no flammable mixture in the pipes and there is no risk of backfire. The ignition point occurs at the point where the air-fuel mixture flow velocity and combustion velocity are balanced. The LGS type gas burner uses a conical flame-holding plate to achieve good balance and stabilize the ignition point. Through these efforts, we guarantee excellent flame stability and low O2 combustion despite being a pre-mixed type.

It features a fuel and air mixing mechanism that enables low O2 combustion and a large turndown ratio, saving fuel.
