About This Product

The LGS type gas burner is a high-performance burner that guarantees extremely stable combustion using our uniquely designed gas nozzle and efficient air supply system, and is an extremely long-selling product with a proven track record of over 30 years.

■Product description

We have been supplying large gas burners to the market ahead of other companies for over 30 years. During this time, our design philosophy has focused on creating a burner that never blows out from beginning to end, and also ensuring that automatic safety monitoring is fully ensured. Among our many models of gas burners, the LGS type is the most versatile and is the easiest to use burner with the largest delivery track record.

■Combustion mechanism

The LGS type gas burner uses a pre-mixing type. Therefore, since the gas and air are guided through separate pipes to the burner flame hole, there is no flammable mixture in the pipes and there is no risk of backfire. The ignition point occurs at the point where the air-fuel mixture flow velocity and combustion velocity are balanced. The LGS type gas burner uses a conical flame-holding plate to achieve good balance and stabilize the ignition point. Through these efforts, we guarantee excellent flame stability and low O2 combustion despite being a pre-mixed type.

■Energy saving

It features a fuel and air mixing mechanism that enables low O2 combustion and a large turndown ratio, saving fuel.

■Stable combustion

The flame-holding plate has a unique conical shape, and the combustion port is designed with the optimum flame hole load, so there is no need to worry about blowing out, and the combustion is extremely stable.

■Universal burner

The structure allows combustion of manufactured gas, natural gas, LPG, and all other flammable gases, and allows for easy fuel conversion.

■Safety-oriented design

The design puts safety first, including dual fuel shut-offs, automatic combustion monitoring equipment, and the use of highly reliable equipment.
