About This Product

The IGB type gas burner is a product developed for use in various incinerators, and has stable combustion performance due to its uniquely designed flame-holding structure, and is also available with a radiant heat countermeasure shutter (optional) upon request.

■Product description

The IGB type gas burner was developed for use in passive furnaces, and is a medium-capacity gas burner that fires city gas (natural gas to medium pressure supply) and LPG, and is designed to take all possible measures against heat exposure and to be easy to handle.

■Combustion stability

We have the largest delivery record of medium and large gas burners in Japan, and are furnace gas burners with outstanding combustion stability that were born from the combustion technology we have accumulated during that time.

■Safety

The external mixing gas burner eliminates the risk of backfire, and the fuel supply system and sequence program comply with worker combustion safety standards and the Japan Gas Association's "Technical Safety Indicators for Industrial Gas Combustion Equipment," allowing multiple This is a gas burner configured with a safety control system.

■Heat-resistant structure

A shutter is built into the fire opening to prevent the burner from burning out due to radiant heat when combustion is stopped.

■Easy to handle
