About This Product

The GNC type gas burner is a low NOx type gas burner that incorporates a fuel-air mixing system to ensure stable combustion and a self-exhaust gas circulation system to suppress NOx generation.

■Product description

The GNC type gas burner is a low NOx burner with a self-exhaust gas circulation system that has a history of over 10 years since its release and a track record of over 200 units, and is available in a series up to large sizes of 1,600 x 10^4 kcal/h. Although it is a self-exhaust gas circulation gas burner that uses the energy of the combustion air ejected, we have now released a new model that has succeeded in significantly reducing the differential pressure of the air and suppressing NOx generation. Compared to conventional types, the blower capacity can be lowered, significantly reducing initial costs and running costs.

■Combustion structure

This is a pre-mixing type gas burner where the fuel gas is mixed with air at the point where it is ejected from the nozzle. Combustion air is divided into primary, secondary, and tertiary air.The primary air ejected from the center of the burner and the secondary/tertiary air supplied from the outer periphery of the gas nozzle sandwich the gas for better mixing. Aims for low O2 combustion and stable combustion. The main measure to reduce NOx is an exhaust gas self-circulation system in which the combustion gas in the furnace is sucked in using the energy of the tertiary air jet, mixed with the tertiary air, and combusted.

■Stable NOx reduction

Because it uses a self-exhaust gas circulation method using combustion air, it is less affected by the structure of the boiler or furnace, and stable NOx reduction can be achieved.

■Stable low O2 combustion

Since it is a low burner based on an exhaust gas circulation system, the mixture of fuel and air can be reliably predicted and designed, resulting in stable low O2 combustion.

■Universal burner

This burner can burn any gas fuel, including manufactured gas, natural gas, and LPG, and is easy to switch fuels when changing fuels.

■Safe and stable combustion burner

Since it is a pre-mixing type burner, there is no need to worry about backfire. In addition, due to the appropriate flame hole load design and unique flame holding plate system, there is no need to worry about blowing out, and safety monitoring equipment can be incorporated to ensure safety.

■Compact burner unit

As a burner unit, it has a compact NOx reduction mechanism and is easy to install in a boiler or furnace, making it ideal as a retrofit burner for NOx reduction.

■Energy saving

Efficient design of combustion air nozzle angle realizes power saving with low air differential pressure combustion
