The LGXL type gas burner is a super long-selling product that has a simple structure, uses split flame + thin film combustion, and uses a self-exhaust gas circulation system to successfully reduce NOx. ■Product description The LGXL type low NOx gas burner has achieved trouble-free high reliability and low price by successfully simplifying the structure. For low-pressure gas, the energy of the combustion air is used instead of the kinetic energy of the gas to achieve the same NOx reduction as for medium-pressure gas. NOx countermeasures are based on a combination of split flame, thin film fire, and combustion gas self-circulation, and this is a long-selling product that has achieved significant NOx reduction. ■Combustion mechanism The energy of the gas ejection is reinforced by the primary air ejected from the center, the secondary air from the baffle plate, the tertiary air along the combustion tube, and the primary air ejected radially from the center by the current variable plate. Mix by sandwiching the gas ejected in the radial direction. This results in low air ratio (low O2) combustion and combustion stability. NOx reduction is achieved through thin film combustion that forms in the direction of the resultant force of gas and secondary and tertiary air, split flame combustion based on the division of tertiary air, and self-circulation of combustion gas between the outer periphery and the center.
