About This Product

This low-NOx gas burner won the Japan Gas Association Technology Award in 1991.It is a low-priced low-NOx gas burner with a simple structure that combines our combustion technology and low-NOx technology.

■Product description

The LGX type low NOx gas burner has achieved cost reduction and high reliability by simplifying the burner structure and burner mounting equipment as much as possible, while using a new idea to significantly reduce NOx. NOx reduction is achieved through a combination of split fire, thin film fire, and combustion gas self-circulation that takes advantage of the characteristics of gaseous fuels, making this an innovative low NOx gas burner that combines low O2 combustion and combustion stability.

■Combustion mechanism

It has a structure in which gas is blown diagonally from the central gas nozzle and mixed with the primary combustion air from the baffle plate and the secondary air along the combustion tube. A thin film fire is formed along the flow of gas with a large ejection moment, and this thin film combustion has the effect of entraining the combustion gas into the center, and furthermore, the split fire based on the division of secondary air reduces NOx. Masu. Additionally, when it is necessary to reduce NOx below the standard guaranteed value, we have the know-how to further respond. (Ultra low NOx support is also available.)

■Significant NOx reduction

A low NOx gas burner with a new mechanism that combines thin film combustion, split flame, and self-exhaust gas circulation.

Because it is simple, there is no need to worry about malfunctions or changes in combustion, and maintenance is simple and easy. Breaking away from conventional low NOx burners, this burner is constructed from a combination of simple and easy-to-manufacture parts, achieving a low price.

■Stable low O2 combustion

We conduct development tests using all types of boilers and guarantee excellent combustion performance for low NOx.

■High load combustion possible

Inheriting the combustion technology of our best-selling GX type gas burner, complete combustion is achieved in a small combustion chamber.

■Labor-saving/energy-saving burner

Adoption of an air-fuel ratio control valve eliminates the need for a complicated link mechanism, and even with flue drafts and temperature changes, constant low O2 combustion is achieved.
