About This Product

Molecularly porous, biotech-grade regenerated cellulose (RC) membranes are manufactured for difficult lab-scale dialysis applications requiring membranes with high molecular selectivity, higher purity, and compatibility with harsh conditions. . Simply soak in DI water, rinse, attach dialysis tubing closure and load sample.

・High purity suitable for important GMP dialysis. Free of heavy metals and sulfides ・Does not interfere with polymer activity and function ・No need for azide preservatives or pretreatment ・Economical roll tube and evaluation trial kit available

■Typical dialysis application for biotech RC

・Purification of proteins, DNA, plasmids, polymers, nanoparticles, and liposomes ・Removal of urea, surfactants, and small amounts of MW impurities ・Synthesis and isolation of polymers (polypeptides, oligonucleotides, polysaccharides) ・Research on enzyme activity and ligand binding ・Electroelution of DNA and proteins ・Organic solvent dialysis
