About This Product
A turnkey system for tangential flow filtration (TFF), the KrosFlo® system is compatible with single-use hollow fiber filters and flat sheet cassettes, providing UF/DF at every stage from process development to large-scale manufacturing. Modernize the way you run.

The main KrosFlo® FS system pump includes an advanced microprocessor-based controller, allowing plug-and-play hardware components. Two-way communication is established between the KF Comm 2 software and hardware components such as automatic backpressure control valves, measuring instruments, auxiliary pumps, and Konduit devices.

■Automatic back pressure control valve
Repligen's proprietary technology, the Automatic Backpressure Control Valve, adds transmembrane pressure (TMP) control to any TFF process, reducing operator time and improving process reproducibility.
- Automatically adjust tube pinch distance according to user-defined set points
・Maintains uniform TMP throughout the process run and reduces membrane fouling
-Control permeate pressure and flow rate during microfiltration applications
・Compatible tube sizes: 13, 14, 16, 25, HP15, 17, HPP24, 18, HP35, 36, HP36
・Automatically starts based on inlet pressure, retentate pressure, permeation pressure, and transmembrane pressure
