About This Product

CDM ballasts have been discontinued by all manufacturers. CDM lamps are still widely used, but ballasts remain difficult to obtain. Therefore, our company, Eiwa Denki, has released an alternative ballast in response to this problem. Our ballasts are suitable for replacing and maintaining your existing CDM ballasts.

■Precautions for use・For indoor use only. Cannot be used outdoors or in humid locations.
・Please check the power supply voltage at the installation location before installing.
- Keep the wiring between the ballast and lamp within 2m.
・High voltage pulse is generated when the lamp starts.
- In the event of a failure, the high pressure pulse will stop in approximately 15 minutes.
- If the pulse stop function is activated, turn off the power and then turn it on again.
- Generates high pressure pulses for approximately 15 minutes.
・Please leave at least 5 cm between the ballasts and be careful when heating.
・Please use at an ambient temperature of 40℃ or less.
・When installing the ballast, please follow the "Electrical Equipment Technical Standards".
・Please install the ballast at least 1cm away from flammable structures and in a way that it can be easily inspected.

■Function・Thermal fuse (reset type)
・Pulse stop function (about 15 minutes)
・Lamp abnormality detection function (overvoltage/short circuit)
