About This Product

This is an anti-static mat that helps prevent hair contamination complaints. Just by stepping on the mat, corona discharge removes static electricity from your body.

■Target of static electricity removalDue to the corona discharge effect*, the static elimination blade mainly eliminates static electricity on the surface of the white coat, and the static elimination mat/static elimination sheet eliminates static electricity on the feet and human body, and has the effect of allowing hair and dust stuck together due to static electricity to fall off naturally.
*Corona discharge effect: It is a grounding effect in which static electricity is removed by contact with conductive fibers through static eliminating blades, mat sheets, etc. When conductive fibers approach a charged object, the surrounding air layer is ionized (emission of electrons). The opposite charge to the charged object is attracted, neutralizing the static electricity and removing it.

■MaintenanceIf used in a food factory, oil and dirt from feet will adhere to the mat, reducing the static elimination effect, so regular cleaning is required.

■Cleaning methodWe recommend soaking and cleaning in hot water using a neutral detergent. (Cleaning with oxidizing agents or bleaching agents will reduce the discharge effect.)
