About This Product
Ideal for dealing with hair contamination complaints. When it comes into contact with the string, static electricity is temporarily removed by corona discharge, and the vibration of walking allows foreign objects to fall naturally.
■Features
- When it comes into contact with the string, static electricity is temporarily removed by corona discharge, and the vibration of walking allows foreign objects to fall naturally. (Falls approximately 3 to 7 meters after contact)
- Fallen hair is attached to a removable "adhesive mat" to prevent it from being brought into the processing plant.
- Since it removes static electricity, it can be expected to improve the foreign matter removal rate due to adhesion during roller application and the foreign matter removal rate due to wind pressure during air showers.
- Improve hygiene awareness as a countermeasure against hair contamination complaints.
- The string expands and contracts, making it difficult for people to get tangled when passing through the static elimination curtain.
■Maintenance
If used in a food factory, oil from clothes, skin oil, foundation, etc. will adhere to the string and reduce the discharge capacity, so regular cleaning is required. As a guideline, we recommend cleaning once every three months and replacing the strings after every year of use in a factory with 200 employees. (Reference value)
■Cleaning method
It is recommended to use a neutral detergent and soak in hot water before cleaning. (Cleaning with oxidizing agents or bleach will reduce the discharge effect.)
