About This Product

OMH-1 is a solid wire for MAG welding that enables direct overlaying of cast iron molds.

■Features

・With solid wire, cast iron welding blades can be welded with one type of wire. ・Predetermined stable hardness can be obtained with 3 passes and 2 layers. ・Applicable to complete automation. - Less spatter and beautiful bead appearance. The molding blade method using OMH-1, a cast iron direct deposit solid wire, can achieve a hardness of HRC55 to 60 in 3 passes and 2 layers with a groove of about 5C, and can be applied in full automation when used in conjunction with a robot.
