About This Product

The MicroBio μ3D AutoScanner, an automatic rapid microorganism detection device using the microcolony method, uses a time-lapse image analysis method to fully automate and speed up the agar culture method (official method). The entire agar medium is continuously monitored at the microscopic level from the start of culture, and when microcolonies appear, their growth (proliferation ability) is checked, detected in real time, and a colony count graph is automatically created.

Since the entire agar culture dish is monitored every 30 minutes (can be set arbitrarily), real-time viable bacteria detection can be achieved, and when detection occurs, an e-mail (with colony detection image) is automatically sent to your smartphone. You can. Once contacted by the device, you can also control it remotely via LAN or the Internet.

Filter method and anaerobic bacteria detection can also be performed fully automatically.
The agar medium can be smeared on the surface or poured, and this method performs fully automatic and rapid microbial detection and colony counting without changing the conventional culture method.
