■Product informationSPV-A-6050, a surface protection material for aluminum sashes, is a surface protection material based on water-based adhesive and polyethylene film, and is a product that addresses environmental issues. Sold in single volume units.

■Features・Excellent adhesion to aluminum sashes.
・Easy peeling work.
・Does not depend greatly on the surface roughness of the adherend.
・Excellent weather resistance.

■Caution・Avoid direct sunlight and store in a place with normal temperature and humidity.
- When pasting, do not apply more brakes than necessary. This may cause the film to lift from the edges after pasting.
・For adherends using processing oil, thoroughly degrease them before laminating the film. If it is insufficient, it may cause contamination of the adherend or adhesive residue.
- In the case of severe processing conditions, please conduct a test in advance and consider carefully before using.
・When applying paint, plating, etching adhesive, etc. to the surface of the adherend after removing this product, problems may occur due to trace amounts of components transferred from this product. Before using the product, please be sure to verify it in accordance with the usage conditions.
- For painted boards, depending on the baking conditions of the paint, it may be difficult to peel or the paint may peel off. Please consider carefully before using.
-For surface-treated plates such as alumite treatment, the characteristics (releasability) of the surface protective material may differ depending on the processing conditions. Please check carefully before use.
- When painting after removing the surface protective material, please carefully consider surface cleaning, surface treatment, baking conditions, etc., and check the adhesion of the paint before use.
