This is a device that can communicate Yes/No by measuring changes in blood volume in the brain. This is a device developed for patients with Totally Locked-in State (TLS), who are unable to communicate at all, and are able to respond "Yes" to questions from those around them. If you want to do this, activate your brain and increase cerebral blood volume by doing mental arithmetic, etc.
Then, "Yes" will be displayed on the screen and "Yes" will be output from the built-in speaker. If you answer "No," try relaxing and imagining beautiful scenery to calm your brain activity.
■The new "heart talk" makes it easier to convey yes and no.
In "Shinshin Katari," we increased the number of optical sensors for measurement to two and also measured heart rate at the same time, thereby increasing the probability of correctly "receiving" the patient's intentions.

In this improved development, we increased the number of sensors that measure blood volume to two in order to increase the correct answer rate.
