About This Product
Jack-type pressurization using a motor allows for precise control of pressurization, and is excellent at alleviating pressurization shock and controlling pressurization speed. The heating plate is integrated with a heater cast into aluminum, so it has good thermal efficiency and excellent in-plane temperature distribution.

・Fine control possible with programmable temperature control
・Water-cooled cooling plate can be installed (optional)
・Parallelism between pressure plates is within 200 microns
・The pressure plate surface has a mechanically ground finish.
