About This Product

■What is a porous embedded hand?

As IC chips built into smartphones and other devices become thinner, demand for suction transport of thin wafers is increasing. Are you having trouble with suction marks on your wafers? Our company has developed a porous embedded hand that solves this problem. By using porous ceramic for the suction part of the transfer hand, it is less likely to leave suction marks on the wafer compared to conventional suction holes or resin pads, which prevents device damage. It can also accommodate narrow cassette pitches.

■Features

・Hard to leave suction marks on wafer ・Can pick up wafers with warpage (approximately 230μm) ・Can transport thin wafers (400μm) - Compatible with narrow cassette pitches

■Structure

A porous pad is embedded in the white center part.

■Shape example

It has a shape in which porous ceramic AZP60 is embedded in alumina material. The type of porous ceramics can be selected according to your request. We have a demo machine available, so please feel free to contact us.
