About This Product

■Tray type standard hand

This is a tray (wafer drop) type ceramic hand used under vacuum. It is characterized by ``heat resistance'' that takes advantage of the characteristics of ceramics, ``less sag than the same type of metal hand,'' and ``light weight.'' Our tray type hand can optimally control surface resistance with ESD countermeasures optimized for semiconductor processes.

■Features

・We can process the mounting holes of your choice. Holes can be drilled at any position along the entire length from the base. - The position of the suction port can be adjusted. It is possible to drill holes on the front and back sides above the center line. ・We are more confident in its strength than monocoque specifications that do not use adhesives due to hollow forming technology. ・Significant cost reduction. Since a common mold is used through standardization, there is no need for the expensive mold costs that conventionally occur.
