About This Product

■Product overview

In recent years, the use of nonionic surfactants has increased in industry to improve the cleaning power of cleaning processes. Removal of n-hexane extracted substances caused by this nonionic surfactant is extremely difficult and causes problems for wastewater treatment personnel. This nonionic surfactant has no ionic properties and cannot be removed with ordinary flocculants. By reacting with this nonionic surfactant, Takifloc L-2 changes it into a form that can be coagulated and precipitated, and is highly effective in removing these substances. At the same time, it is also effective in removing COD components caused by nonionic surfactants.

■Features

・Easily reacts with nonionic surfactants to produce stable reactants. ・Can be removed even at low concentrations of nonionic surfactants. ・Since oil is well adsorbed to the reactant, it can also remove oil from wastewater containing emulsified oil. - Effective even when the wastewater composition is complex.

■Main uses

・Removal of n-hexane extractable substances caused by nonionic surfactants ・Removal of COD caused by nonionic surfactants, etc.

■Handling precautions

- The dosage of various additives will vary greatly depending on the component content of the wastewater, so please conduct thorough preliminary tests before use. ・This product is an industrial chemical. For safety reasons, please be careful not to come into contact with your skin, mucous membranes (eyes, nose, mouth), wounds, etc. when handling. (Please wear protective equipment such as masks and gloves while working, and be sure to gargle, wash your face, and wash your hands after work.)
