The heavy metal remover "Takifloc CL-45B" is a heavy metal remover that can effectively remove harmful heavy metal ions, which were difficult to completely remove with conventional wastewater treatment technology, using a simple treatment device. Features

■Reacts quickly with heavy metals to form insoluble flocs.

With conventional hydroxide precipitation methods, the optimal treatment pH differs depending on the type of heavy metal, making it difficult to remove them at the same time.However, this product is effective in a wide pH range (7 to 13), and all heavy metals can be removed at the same time. Can be removed.

■Excellent removal rate of heavy metals.

Since it completely reacts with heavy metal ions and becomes an insoluble substance, there are almost no dissolved heavy metal ions.

■The generated flocs will not be redissolved in water.

Heavy metals combined with CL-45B solidify and completely separate from water. Additionally, there is no problem of re-melting and it can be processed completely.

■Easy to operate.

Just by adding an appropriate amount, it reacts with heavy metal ions and becomes an insoluble substance, so there is no need for strict pH adjustment as in the hydroxide precipitation method, and the treatment equipment is simple and maintenance is easy.

■Addition conditions

Process with the pH of the liquid to be treated being 4 or higher.

■Processing method

・Please add it at the same time as the inorganic flocculant in the normal coagulation-sedimentation method. ・Filter out the heavy metals that have been insolubilized by reacting with CL-45B using a pre-coat filter, etc. ・Please perform a jar test in advance to determine the amount of chemicals added.
