About This Product

■Product overview

Takifloc CL-560 is a cationic flocculant. In addition to its flocculating effect, it also has the characteristic of reacting with anionic substances in wastewater to produce insoluble compounds. Therefore, it is highly effective in decolorizing dyeing wastewater containing anionic dyes, etc. It is also effective in removing anionic surfactants and sodium lignin sulfonate.

■How to use and amount added

・Please dilute the undiluted solution to 10 times before use. - The amount added is generally in the range of 10 to 100 ppm for dyeing wastewater. It reacts almost stoichiometrically with anionic substances, so if the amount of anionic substances in the wastewater increases, it is necessary to increase the amount of Takifloc CL-560 added. - When anionic substances are insolubilized, it is necessary to use inorganic flocculants such as aluminum sulfate or polyaluminum chloride, or polymer flocculants (e.g. Takifloc A-103T). -The generated flocs are relatively light, making them suitable for flotation processing.
