About This Product

■ Significantly reduces energy consumption compared to the conventional distillation method that separates, purifies, and concentrates by heating.

"Ultrasonic atomization separation technology" is a non-heating, energy-saving liquid concentration and separation technology that has the potential to replace conventional distillation methods. Applying ultrasonic waves of 1.6MHz to 2.4MHz to various solutions generates a "fog", and collecting the fog allows for concentrating and recovering various substances with lower energy and higher efficiency than distillation methods.

・Used for alcohol concentration process in biomass alcohol production ・Separation and concentration of volatile components ・Petroleum reforming ・Separation and classification of nanomaterials (classification of nanoparticles in units of 50 nm is possible) ・Surface chemical reaction ・Deodorization by absorption and odor removal ・High-speed mixing at the molecular level

・Recovery of useful ingredients from food waste. For example, concentration and recovery of aroma components from aromatic acid citrus waste peels. ・Concentration and recovery of IPA solution discharged from electronic material factories ・Recovery of organic solvents from waste liquids containing organic solvents ・Separation and concentration of carbohydrates from dilute aqueous sugar solutions ・Concentration of carbon nanotubes ・Classification of nanoparticles in 50nm units ・Deodorizing device ・Surface oxidation reaction device ・High-speed mixing at the molecular level
